Sarbjit

Sarbjit is a biopic drama directed by Omung Kumar. The film stars Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Randeep Hooda, Darshan Kumar and Richa Chaddha. The film releases on 20th May 2016.

Te3n

Te3n is a thriller directed by Ribhu Dasgupta and stars Amitabh Bachchan, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Vidya Balan.The movie is set to release on 20th May 2016.

Housefull 3

Yes the crazy comedy  film that is Housefull is back for their third dosage in Housefull 3. It stars Akshay Kumar, Abhishek Bachchan, Jacqueline Fernandez, Nargis Fakhri, Riteish Deshmukh and Lisa Haydon. Release Date: 3rd June 2016.

Jagga Jasoos

Comedy-drama, Jagga Jasoos directed by Anurag Basu, and produced by Basu and Ranbir Kapoor, and features Ranbir Kapoor, Katrina Kaif, Adah Sharma and Govinda. The film tells the story of a teenage detective in search of his missing father. We are jumping for joy to see Chichi back in a comedy film after so long! Release Date: 3rd June 2016.

Utad Punjab

Udta Punjab is an Indian drama, comedy and thriller all rolled into one. The film written and directed by Abhishek Chaubey will be releasing on 17th June 2016. Everyone is super excited to see Kareena Kapoor Khan and Shahid Kapoor sharing the silver screen together again.

Sultan

After the roaring blockbuster Ek Tha Tiger, Salman Khan returns to Yash Raj Films in and as Sultan. Produced by Aditya Chopra and written-directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, Sultan will release in Eid 2016 and also stars Anuskha Sharma.

Raees

Raees is an action thriller directed by Rahul Dholakia and produced by Gauri Khan, Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar under their banners, Red Chillies Entertainment and Excel Entertainment. This will be Rahul Dholakia’s first film working with SRK.

Dishoom

Rohit Dhawan directed action-adventure Dishoom is produced by Sajid Nadiadwala under Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment. It stars action-man John Abraham, Varun Dhawan, Jacqueline Fernandez and Saqib Saleem, whilst the music is composed by Pritam. Release Date: 29th July 2016.

Hera Pheri 3

The third edition of Hera Pheri we have all been waiting for will finally be with us in August 2016. Phir Hera Pheri director Neeraj Vora takes to direct this instalment too and Feroz Nadiadwala produces the film. Paresh Rawal and Sunil Shetty will reprise their roles from previous two films. Actors Abhishek Bachchan and John Abraham are new additions to the lead cast, but unfortunately to fans disappointment,  Akshay Kumar will not be in the film. Rustom

Rustom, featuring Akshay Kumar and Ileana D’Cruz has been written by Vipul K Rawal and directed by Tinu Suresh Desai, which marks his debut in Hindi cinema. Release Date: 12th August 2016.

Banjo

Prepare to see Riteish as never seen before! Banjo is directed by Ravi Jadhav and produced by Krishika Lulla under the Eros International banner. The film is a musical drama, in which Riteish will play the character of a Banjo player while Nargis plays a DJ. Release Date: 19th August 2016.

Baar Baar Dekho

Baar Baar Dekho is romantic drama directed by Nitya Mehra and produced by Ritesh Sidhwani, Karan Johar and Farhan Akhtar. It stars Sidharth Malhotra,  Katrina Kaif, Ram Kapoor and Varun Sharma. The film marks the directorial debut of Nitya Mehra and the first collaboration of Excel Entertainment with Dharma Productions. Release Date: 9th September 2016.

A Flying Jatt

Yes! Bollywood’s next super hero is here! A Flying Jatt is directed by Remo D’Souza starring Tiger Shroff, Jacqueline Fernandez and professional wrestler Nathan Jones in lead.  The film’s release is expected to be in August 2016.

Manmarziyan

Manmarziyan is romantic film directed by Sameer Sharma and produced by Anand L. Rai. It will be great to see Ayushmann Khurrana and Bhumi Pednekar paired together again! The film also will star Vicky Kaushal, who plays the third lead in this love triangle. Release Date: 23rd September 2016

Rangoon

Rangoon is a period romance drama set during World War II, directed by Vishal Bhardwaj and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. The film stars Saif Ali Khan, Shahid Kapoor, and Kangana Ranaut. Release Date: 30th September 2016.

Ae Dil Hai Muskhil

Ae Dil Hai Mushkil is a romantic drama written, directed and produced by Karan Johar. It features Ranbir Kapoor, Aishwarya Rai and Anushka Sharma.The film also stars Fawad Khan in a pivotal role. Release Date: 28th October 2016 (TBC).

Shivaay

Shivaay is directed and produced by Ajay Devgan. It features Ajay Devgan and Sayesha Saigal in lead. Mithoon composes the film’s score and soundtrack. The film is expected to release on 28th October 2016.

Rock on!! 2

Rock on!! is back! It is directed by Shujaat Saudagar, produced by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani, and with music by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy. The film stars Farhan Akhtar, Arjun Rampal, Prachi Desai, Purab Kohli reprising their role from Rock On!!. Release Date: 11th November 2016.

Be Fikre 

#BefikreFirstLook has turned a few heads, as we see Ranveer Singh and Vaani lip locking. The video below and Vaani’s cap is dead give away that French plays a key part in the movie. Befikre is directed by Aditya Chopra and is set to release on 9th December 2016.

Dangal

Dangal is an Indian biographical sports drama directed by Nitesh Tiwari. The film is produced by Disney Studio India. The film stars Aamir Khan portraying the role of Mahavir Singh Phogat, who taught wrestling to his daughters Babita Kumari and Geeta Phogat. Dangal is scheduled to release on 23rd December 2016.

2017

You will be excited to hear in 2017 you can expect to see plenty of sequels: Dabangg 3, Don 3, Son of Sardaar 2 and Raajneeti 2. What we can share clearly is Parneeti’s comeback movie, Meri Pyaari Bindu. Meri Pyaari Bindu starring Parineeti Chopra & Ayushmann Khurrana, will be produced by Maneesh Sharma while newcomer Akshay Roy will direct it. It has been two years since we have seen Parineeti on the big screen and we look forward to seeing her return!
