The most anticipated movie of the summer, Ek Villain Returns, finally made a comeback with their action-packed sequel, releasing globally in cinemas on 29th July 2022. Tara Sutaria, Disha Patani, John Abraham and Arjun Kapoor are the main cast of the movie and the movie is directed by Mohit Suri and produced by Balaji Motion Pictures and T-Series.

In the eight years since Rakesh Mahadkar terrorised Mumbai, a new serial killer has been formed. More deadly and brutal, yet still using the Smiley Mask as a disguise.

The trailer teases a riddle in which the identity of the true villain is a mystery. It opens with JD Chakravarthy giving us a short recap of the villainy that took place in the first film and then immediately thrown upon us, a new world with a killer on the run killing women who reject their stalker’s love. 

Ek Villain Returns is the story of two men in an one sided love. Who is the Hero and who is the Villain depends on the pathways they take to fulfil their love stories.
