This week brought the launch of the UK Asian Film Festival, a celebration of F-Rated films. The festival’s opening gala red carpet event took place at the prestigious May Fair Hotel in London. Actors and celebrities graced the red carpet, including Simi Garewal, Mahira Khan, Amy Jackson, Pablo (from the Raj & Pablo duo) and cast of Cake!
With a week still to go with the incredible UK Asian Film Festival, there is plenty to attend, watch and discuss! Also we are happy to announce our work on Bollywood fashion’s influence on the British Asian diaspora will be showcased at UK Asian Film Festival London’s ‘Memories Through Cinema’ exhibition from 19th March, 5pm at the Nehru Centre, London until 23rd March 2018, so please do check this out!
